Lawn care and maintenance

Sod and turf installation
Patio, pergola, and deck construction
Pressure washing and gutter cleaning
Snow and leaf removal

Our services are subject to change or availability based on location and seasonal conditions.

3. Quotes and Payments

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
A 50% deposit is required to secure any scheduled project, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless stated otherwise in writing.

Payments may be made via cash, check, or approved digital payment methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

In cases of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, HD Landscape & Maintenance reserves the right to reschedule the service for the safety of our team and quality of work.

5. Property Access and Safety

Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the service area. HD Landscape & Maintenance is not responsible for delays or damages caused by blocked access, pets, or unsafe conditions on the property.

6. Materials and Equipment

All materials used are selected based on quality and suitability for the project. If the client provides materials, HD Landscape & Maintenance is not liable for any defects, delays, or issues resulting from those materials.

7. Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work. HD Landscape & Maintenance offers limited warranties on select services, depending on the nature of the project.
However, we are not responsible for damages caused by weather, neglect, misuse, or unauthorized alterations after project completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

HD Landscape & Maintenance shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or any delays beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property
